Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, the meal of all meals I would say, so make it count! There are just no excuses for you to leave the house in the morning, without grabbing something to eat first.

I know life may get busy sometimes, but buying a pretzel on your way to work doesn’t make you any good. It won’t satisfy your cravings throughout the day and you’ll be hungry again in one hour. You’d be surprised how many healthy breakfast ideas require very little effort.

Start your day right with one of these easy, fast and delicious recipes.

1. Oatmeal

I mean, who doesn’t love oatmeal? You can play with it and make it as delicious as you want, there are so many combos out there, you can’t even imagine. Also, this will keep you full for hours due to its high fiber content.

Oatmeal goes perfect with some fruits on top. You can choose any fruit you want, from banana to strawberries, blueberries, or even mango.



If you prefer a sweeter breakfast, add protein chocolate powder and cinnamon to make it even tastier.

All you need are 5 ingredients and you’ll have your delicious breakfast that tastes like a dessert.

Ingredients:

⦁ 1 cup rolled oats
⦁ 2 cup unsweetened almond milk
⦁ 1 medium banana, mashed
⦁ 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
⦁ blueberries

2. Avocado toast

Avocado toast is perfect for those who do not love a sweet breakfast and want something simple and easy to make. In fact, this recipe is so simple that we can barely call it a recipe.

Of course, for more satiety, you can add an egg on top, some tuna, bacon or come cherry tomatoes, depends on your preference.

⦁ ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
⦁ ⅛ teaspoon salt
⦁ ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
⦁ 1 slice whole-grain bread, toasted

3. Chia pudding

The thing about chia pudding is that you have to make it the night before, but it won’t take you longer than 3 minutes. This is the perfect breakfast for those days when you are in a hurry and you want to grab something nutritious from you’re fridge that will keep you full all morning.

This meal will make you feel satisfied, satiated and so energized for your day!

You can make chia pudding with only 4 ingredients. There are also endless topping possibilities for this recipe, it depends on how sweet you want it!

⦁ 2 tablespoon chia seeds
⦁ 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
⦁ 1 teaspoon honey or other sweeteners
⦁ Raspberries/ Strawberries or other fruits of choice

4. Green smoothie

This blended drink of fresh fruits and dark leafy greens will give you energy throughout the day, yet you won’t feel full or bloated. The best thing about this green smoothie is that it helps detox and boost your digestive tract.

This is perfect for those days when you want to have a lighter breakfast but full of vitamins and minerals from those fresh fruits and vegetables!

⦁ 2 cups spinach
⦁ 2 cups water
⦁ 1 green apple
⦁ 1 cup kale
⦁ 1 cup pineapple
⦁ 1 banana

5. Pancakes

Pancakes are definitely loved by most people and there’s a good reason for that. If you happen to have some extra time in the morning, don’t hesitate and make your family happy with a delicious pancake breakfast.
