If you’re suspected of suffering from hypoglycemia, it’s important to test regularly your blood-sugar levels and follow the 15/15 rule.

It is recommended to eat 15-grams of carbohydrates, such as 4 ounces of fruit juice or 2 tablespoons of raisins, before retesting numbers.
