The 31-year-old British hitmaker never hid her dislike for dieting and working out but her recent weight loss could not go unnoticed, which left fans wondering how the singer succeeded in getting such impressive results.

The Sirtfood diet is the latest craze in terms of nutrition and weight loss. Many celebrities swear by this diet which advocates the consumption of “sirtfoods”.
