Celebrity Diet: Pippa Middleton’s Diet Plan to Stay in Royal Shape
Pippa Middleton may not be royalty herself, but she certainly looks and acts like one! Ever since she came into the spotlight at her sister Kate Middleton’s royal wedding in 2011, the British socialite has been admired and praised for her stunning figure and flawless style.
How does she manage to stay fit and healthy?
For her sister’s wedding, Pippa tried the Dukan diet, a high-protein, low carb diet very similar to the Atkins diet. When preparing for her own wedding, she started following the Sirtfood diet, which focuses on foods with a rich content of polyphenols (micronutrients from plant-based foods).
As a general approach to a healthy eating style, Pippa Middleton said she always has breakfast and “try to eat wholegrain, energy-fueled carbohydrates and three meals a day,” she told a publication. “I also increase my portion sizes based on my training level, with lots of brown rice, lentils, quinoa and sweet potato, and for breakfast, porridge and rye toast,” she added.
