  • You should always make time for cardio – Cardio is great if you know how to do it. The best cardio exercises involve circuit training, with intense interval exercises and short recovery times. The difference lies in the diversity of exercises you can do. You can increase the number of sets and repetitions, and nothing helps your metabolism more than cardio.
