9 Body Parts Most People Don’t Clean Properly
Back of the neck
Most of the time, our necks get upstaged by our faces when we are taking care of our skin. Even more so when it comes to the back of the neck.
You might not see it as an important spot for bacteria and body mites to hide. However, the back of your neck is warm and often moist, especially if you have long hair or workout regularly, which means it can also harbor a myriad of harmful bacteria.
Captain’s tip: Use gentle soap and a warm, wet washcloth to clean it daily. It is also recommended to use exfoliating bath sponges.
