A common sign of coronavirus infection evidenced by your eyes is red and enlarged blood vessels in your eyes. A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that around 2 percent of COVID-19 patients with severe symptoms experienced infected eyes of conjunctivitis, swollen eyelids and irritation. Other symptoms include:
