One recent study published in the Journal of Infection followed 120 COVID-19 patients for three months after being discharged from the hospital. Researchers found that around 30% of the participants experienced memory issues and often found themselves unable to concentrate. The even more concerning aspect is that brain fog is not common only among hospitalized patients but also among people who had mild symptoms.
