According to data provided by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), most blood clotting cases have been reported in women under 60, within a two-week period after vaccination. As explained by Christian Bogdan, a member of Germany’s vaccine committee, female recipients between the ages of 20 and 59 seem to have been at a higher risk of getting blood clots four to 16 days after being inoculated with the AstraZeneca vaccine.
