For me, nothing spells ‘dessert’ like a well-baked carrot cake – especially now that the cold season finally arrived. After all, what’s better than the warm smell of a sweet cake coming straight from the oven while we’re binge-watching our favorite Christmas classics?
Since I love carrot cake so much, I kept thinking about a simple way of integrating it to my routine at least this month – you know, just to get into the Christmas spirit first thing in the morning. Although eating an actual slice of carrot cake is very tempting, I tried to figure out a healthier alternative.
And I did.
