Given that she is a strong advocate of eating things that you like and find delicious, the 5-factor diet is perfect for Rihanna, since it includes a “cheat day” a week to give in to your cravings and guilty culinary pleasures.
The Five-Factor also applies to workouts, which means doing cardio, dumbbells and cool-down exercises for 25 minutes every day, five times a week.
