In a joint study conducted by The American College of Cardiology, Heart Association, and Obesity Society on 15 most popular diets adopted in the United States, researchers found out that all of them recommended more vegetables, less added sugars and processed food. However, they left something out: the fact that some seemingly healthy foods cannot be consumed whenever we feel like it, especially not in the morning, on an empty stomach.
