But between her professional duties and full-time mom-duties of raising her 6-year old daughter, sometimes there’s little time left for fitness and exercise.

Yet a body like hers, apart from Mother Nature’s contribution, doesn’t come about by slacking off. So, whenever she gets a chance to squeeze in exercise, she does quite intense and varied 45 minutes heart-pumping, calorie-burning dance cardio and muscle-building strength training with trainer Jennifer “JJ Dancer” Johnson, to keep herself fit and in marvelous shape. Needless to say, it’s working!
