9 Body Parts Most People Don’t Clean Properly

Tongue

When talking about dental care, most people just think of their teeth and gums. However, oral hygiene is also about their tongues.  Usually, this body organ does not receive all the attention it should, and the result is bad breath and even tooth damage if the tongue is not cleaned constantly.

Mouthwash is not enough to get rid of all the bacteria that might be hiding in the little ridges and bumps of the tongue.

Captain’s tip: To make sure you are cleaning your tongue thoroughly, brush it with your toothbrush while brushing your teeth. Tongue scrapers are also good at removing potential bacteria.
