How to Look Younger? Try These 6 Easy Tips

3. Avoid too much sun and use UV protection products every day.

Spring, summer, autumn and winter! Use sunscreen every day before going outdoors: To protect your skin, apply sunscreen to all skin that your clothing will not cover. It is ideal to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen, SPF 30 (or higher) and water-resistant.

Never use self-tanners and do not go to artificial tanning salons. The sun, tanning beds and solar lamps expose you to harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays. These rays accelerate the aging of the skin

4. Hydrate your skin and body every day

Drink more water and moisturize your skin!

As we age, the skin becomes drier. Fine lines and wrinkles appear. The moisturizer captures water in our skin, giving it a younger look. For best results, use a facial moisturizer, body moisturizer and lip balm.
