How to Look Younger? Try These 6 Easy Tips

1. Eat less sugar!

And this is backed by science, as researchers measured blood sugar in 600 men and women between the ages of 50 and 70 and concluded that there was a direct link between the amount of sugar in the blood and the way older people look.

In the study, after taking the measurements, photos of those people were presented to a commission of 60 people. It was thus found that people with high sugar levels were classified as older than others.

It makes no sense to spend a lot of money on expensive creams if you have a high sugar diet. You can protect and moisturize your skin with creams, but you need to nourish and stimulate the growth of healthy cells inside, and sugar does nothing but prevent this.

2. Quit smoking and you will have fewer wrinkles.

After 10 years of smoking, this habit accelerates the aging process by narrowing the blood vessels in the skin and damaging the tissues that give the skin strength and elasticity. Also, after you quit smoking you will have a radiant complexion and lower risk of serious skin conditions such as psoriasis.
