When it comes to her diet and fitness, Jessica believes in balance. She managed to find it in the popular Paleo diet. The “caveman” diet eliminates all grains, dairy, and legumes and focuses on lean meat products. As she once said to an American magazine, “Honestly I just feel better when I don’t have gluten or wheat or dairy,” the mum-of-one said. “My digestion is better, I feel better, I have more energy… I mean, of course, I have cheat-days and will go out and have, like, cookies and pizza.”
