If you’re not a morning person you’ll have to make some time for your workout throughout the day.

Some may find it harder to be active at night time when the energy level is lower. After a full day of work, it may be hard to stay committed.

However, do whatever works for you. If you’re a night owl and you function at your best when the sun goes down, go for a late-night training at your local gym, a run in the park or a swim.
