When it comes to the possible cardiovascular symptoms that patients might experience due to anaphylaxis, the CDC mentions dizziness, feeling lightheaded, fainting, abnormally fast heart rate, abnormally low blood pressure and chest pain.

In terms of your skin, anaphylaxis could trigger itching, hives and swelling of your lips, face, and throat. These are the most common symptoms people experience during an anaphylaxis episode.
