You may not take dehydration seriously, but it can cause lots of problems for you. Those ugly headaches, and even migraines, can be triggered by not drinking enough water.

Not drinking enough water causes the body to have fewer electrolytes than it should function properly.

The reason why not drinking water causes headaches haven’t been discovered yet and the scientists aren’t exactly sure.

One point of view is that blood vessels may narrow, making it harder for oxygen and blood to get to the brain, causing a headache.
