If you sleep well at night but for some reason, you always feel tired during the day, the reason could be as simple as not drinking enough water.

Try to have at least two glasses of water every hour. Your tiredness may be caused by dehydration.

What’s making you more tired than usual may be the fact that your heart is working harder to pump blood to compensate for the loss of volume of blood due to dehydration.
