The COVID-19 vaccine is probably one of the most debated topics of the moment. Although we’ve been waiting almost a year for a solution that could save us from the high risks and complications caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the new vaccines still seem very suspicious.
Why? Well, mainly because it usually takes scientists years to develop a vaccine that’s tested thoroughly to eliminate any risk of side effects or other strange reactions. Furthermore, all three vaccine sources available right now (Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca) offer an immunity of at least 90%, so there’s still a slight chance of infection.
However, Dr. Anthony Fauci, one of the top infectious disease experts in the world, has received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine from Moderna. Since he’s such an important figure in this situation, we’ve looked into his lifestyle now that he’s been vaccinated to learn what we should and shouldn’t do next.
