Now, the singer has become the spokesperson for a campaign called “Be Vocal: Speak Up for Mental Health”.
The initiative of this campaign is to encourage people with mental illness to speak up, and breaking down the stigma surrounding it. Demi wants women to know that “it’s possible to live well, feel well, and also find happiness with bipolar disorder or any other mental illness they’re struggling with.”
