9 Body Parts Most People Don’t Clean Properly
Back
Do you sometimes get acne on your back, aka bacne? Let’s face it, you’re probably not giving your back as much attention as you should. Although it gets wet while you’re in the shower, getting it drenched is not quite the same as giving it a good scrub.
Your back is constantly resting against chairs and accumulating sweat or rubbing against other surfaces causing irritation. If you don’t take care of it properly you might even end up developing skin and soft-tissue infections.
Captain’s tip: As hard as you try, your hands are not designed to reach and wash your back completely, therefore, use a back scrubber, loofah or something similar. Also, don’t forget it’s important to wash your back thoroughly at least two or three times a week.
