Wake up earlier

The early mole digs the deepest hole. I was never an early riser, so this popular saying didn’t make much sense to me before. However, it all changed when I decided to change my wake-up hour. It wasn’t easy, but, gradually, I managed to wake up two hours earlier than usual and get things done before everyone else was even awake.

It’s a great feeling to start the day! Not to mention it gives you a kick start for the day ahead, lowers stress levels, increases productivity and instills positivity. Difficult day ahead? Bring it on!
