Excess sugar in our diets has been linked to an increased risk of many diseases, such as obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer. Now, many people are trying to consume less sugar, but sometimes it’s easy to underestimate how much you’re actually consuming.

In fact, many products are marketed as “light” or “low fat”, but in reality, they contain more sugar than their regular counterparts.
