We’ve all seen the incredible 2020 Super Bowl halftime show and were left in awe at the major stamina, core control and ridiculously toned body of Colombian pop-star singer, Shakira.
She showcased her iconic belly dancing and intricate choreography as well as her amazing abs and legs. But great shape does not come easy and in the case of the Hips Don’t Lie” singer, her workout routine includes:
- lunges,
- leg pulses,
- squats,
- plank,
- push-ups,
- dance and strength intervals, at least one hour every day.
Should you do it? It won’t hurt to try, especially since short, high-intensity exercises such as squats and planks have been found to have many of the same benefits as longer workouts.
