Seafood is an important source of vitamins, minerals and protein, not to mention they pack a whole load of omega -3 fatty acids. Sadly, they also pack a serious load of bacteria which can cause all sorts of unpleasant symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration in seniors.

Given that seafood is brought from all over the world, its quality and purity can sometimes be uncertain, in which case, if someone consumes a bad one, the health consequences can be devastating.
