Giant companies Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna have already submitted their application for EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) to their FDA.

The companies have been working together to develop a vaccine which has now successfully gone through the phase 3 clinical trials (more on that here).

During a scheduled online meeting, the FDA’s vaccine advisory committee will have to decide whether to grant permission for the two companies to send and use the vaccine in our country or not.
