A Keto Meal Plan or ketogenic diet is very low on carbs and high on fat, which brings your body in a metabolic state of ketosis. This means that your body is running mostly on fat, because it does not have enough carbs to burn for energy. It is extremely effective when it comes to weight loss, consisting of less than 20 grams of net carbs per day.

DAY 14

Atkins 40 Diet - Day 1  Breakfast:

150g leftover roasted chicken from Day 13 dinner with 2 eggs any style – 496 kcal

Snack:

50g toasted coconut chips – 368 kcal

Atkins 40 Diet - Day 1  Lunch:

Taco salad with 80g lettuce, 60g ground beef, 30g shredded cheddar cheese, 1 diced tomato and ½ sliced avocado, topped with 1 Tbsp sour cream and juice of 1 lime – 456 kcal

Snack:

30g roasted/salted sunflower seeds – 194 kcal

Lemon-Dill Tuna Patties (2 patties) – 430 kcal

Daily total:  1,944 kcal

Your taco salad for lunch is a perfect combo of high flavor and low carbs — feel free to add some heat with ground chilis or the like. Then for dinner, enjoy this less expensive version of crab cakes using tuna, which has the added benefit of delivering lots of omega-3 fats.
