Taco salad with 80g lettuce, 60g ground beef, 30g shredded cheddar cheese, 1 diced tomato and ½ sliced avocado, topped with 1 Tbsp sour cream and juice of 1 lime – 456 kcal
30g roasted/salted sunflower seeds – 194 kcal
Lemon-Dill Tuna Patties (2 patties) – 430 kcal
Daily total: 1,944 kcal
