Many times, you may think you have a balanced diet, just as I did. However, a little research proved that so many common foods are much unhealthier than I thought!
I want to share with you a list of popular foods I think we all eat during this difficult time along with healthier (and even tastier) alternatives. Let’s have a look:

Alternatives: Roasted pistachios are a great chip alternative. Crunchy and salty, they’re equally satisfying to eat while offering healthy fats too. These pistachios are grown in California and they’re free from gluten or genetically modified substances.
