Sure, it can be a great source of vitamins and minerals but also an unsuspected source of sugar which can increase the risk of diabetes by 16 percent, according to a study published in September 2019 in the journal Diabetes Care.

More than that, the process of making juice involves the elimination of fiber from fruits and vegetables, a type of carbohydrate that helps regulate the body’s response and use of sugar, boosts satiety and improves bowel movement.
