If you think your weight is the best indicator of your health condition, doctors agree to disagree. According to specialists, the scale might tell you that you need to lose some pounds until you reach your ideal weight, but your clothes fit you better than ever. So, what’s really going on?

According to doctors, fat and muscle have different density; muscle is more compact and firmer than fat and occupies less space in your body.
