When you go to the gym you want to look good in your fitness outfit but also feel comfy. It’s very important to choose clothes that are breathable and flexible. The material is also very important, choose something like cotton or polyester.

When you work out, you’ll probably be hot and sweaty, so you want to choose clothing that doesn’t trap the heat. If possible, choose a top that is specifically designed for wicking sweat. Consider wearing a tank top or sports bra, it is more breathable and perfect if you want a more revealing outfit.

Your sports pants or leggings should be tight but stretchy. You should feel comfortable doing your stretching exercises without feeling like the material is see-through. You should be able to perform your leg workouts while you’re wearing the bottoms.

Choose appropriate footwear. The shoes you wear should depend on the activity you’re doing. If you want to do cardio or run on the treadmill, choose running shoes, if your workout consists of weight lifting just choose something comfy.
